Dentabyte was established to deliver management training in the dental industry. In 2015 Dentabyte joined forces with Southgate and Barnet College to deliver Dental Practice Management Apprenticeships for existing and aspiring dental practice managers. These programmes are underpinned by a Level 4 ILM Certificate in Leadership and Management and a Portfolio approach to acquiring knowledge, skills and behaviours, and include the use of an innovative video based learning platform, the Dentabyte Cloud.

Seema is the founder of several dental practices, some of which trade under the brand Smile Impressions. This group of dental practices offer mixed NHS and non-NHS funded dental care, with a particular focus on long term well being through active preventative care for both children and adults.

Seema is proud to be 1 of 2 partners in the particularly innovative William Place NHS Dental Practice established in 2009 after winning an extremely competitive tender in the high needs area of Bow, East London. The practice adopts an integrated approach to working with local health and social care providers, with a central focus on a holistic approach to prevention. It was photographed by the Department of Health to update the NHS library of images relating to dental practices and has also been featured in several Department of Health publications as a model of best practice.

From the operational perspective, she is fully conversant with the complexity of change management, and tuned in to the importance of listening to and engaging all stakeholders.
